What insurance panels do you work with?
We handle billing for all major behavioral health panels, including Select Health, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Optum, ensuring comprehensive coverage for your practice. (we do not bill Medicaid)
How quickly are claims reviewed and submitted?
We review and submit claims daily. This consistent process minimizes reimbursement lag and maintains a predictable cash flow for independent providers.
How do you manage insurance claim denials?
We identify the specific reason for every denial and work directly with insurance carriers to resolve issues. We will only contact you with questions or for assistance if we require additional clinical documentation.
Can you integrate with my existing EHR?
We support most major behavioral health EHR platforms, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Sessions in order to maintain a seamless workflow.
How is patient responsibility collected?
We process co-pays and deductibles daily from client credit cards on file once the EOB is processed, preventing large patient balances from accruing over time.
What types of practices do you serve?
We specialize in working with all types of non-prescribing mental health care providers. This includes clinical psychologists, CMHC's, LCSW's, LMFT's and many more!
We work with individual private practices as well as with groups that employ up to 30 providers.
While we primarily serve the state of Utah, we also have clients in Idaho, Arizona, New York, and Massachusetts.
